- Improved liver damage markers
- Inhibited liver fibrosis (scarring)
You can significantly increase your intake of vitamin E just by adding a few healthy snacks into your diet. Some of the best dietary sources of vitamin E are:
- Nuts, such as hazelnuts, almonds, walnuts and pecans
- Legumes,
- Green vegetables, such as spinach and broccoli
