Sunlight and Your Mental Health
We know that natural light affects our mood. Just think about the way you feel on a cloudy day or during the winter when there may not be a lot of sunlight. It’s true, lack of light, sunlight in particular, causes changes in moods that sometimes lead to depression.
A recent study by BYU dug a little deeper into this phenomenon in an attempt to explain the connection between sunlight and depression.
