Unlocking Nutrition
Certain vitamins must be eaten with certain foods in order to increase there effectiveness and absorption. The same goes for food. Many foods should be eaten along side other nutrients to unlock and and enhance their nutritional value. Certain food combinations also make it possible for the nutrition contained in your meals to be better absorbed and used by your body. Wine and fish, salad and eggs are just a few combinations that are commonly eaten and, as it turns out, for a good reason.
