Preventing the Flu

While there are many cases of the flu going around now, peak season has yet to happen. While the flu virus mutates quickly and can be hard to identify and even harder to recover from, there are things that you can do to arm yourself heading into peak season.

You can help to prevent the spread of the flu by:

1.    Stay home if you think you’re sick.
2.     Take immune boosting supplements
3.     Pay attention to flu outbreaks in your area
