Chia Pudding
Chia Pudding is a wonderful, healthy way to get a boost of omega-3’s, energy and fiber. It’s super easy to make and only has a few ingredients: milk (dairy or non dairy) and chia seeds. You can also add in whatever flavor additions you like best like cinnamon, vanilla, honey, etc.
